The Call Log module records all the calls made and received in an institution. This can be accessed by navigating to the Reception → Call log
module which requires call-log:read
permission.
A call log can be added by clicking the ‘Add Call Log’ button, which requires the call-log:create
permission.
You can add whether the call was incoming or outgoing, the purpose, caller’s name, call, duration, incoming and outgoing numbers, conversation details, and remarks. You can also upload an attachment by clicking the ‘Upload File’ button.
After entering the details, it will be visible on the call log’s list.
