This module can be accessed through the Reception → Correspondence
module and requires the correspondence:read
permission for access. This module lists all the documents sent and received by the institution.
To add a correspondence, click the ‘Add Correspondence’ button on the top right, for that you’ll be required the correspondence:create
permission.
There, you can select the correspondence type, its date, letter’s number, mode (sent or received by a person, post, etc), reference, sender and receiver title and address, and remarks. You can also upload an attachment by clicking the ‘Upload Attachment’ button. After saving it, it will be visible on the lists.
