A course is a set of classes that cover a specific subject or area of study at a school or college. It includes details such as course content, duration, and assessment criteria. For example, in a school, a course might be "Grade 5," covering topics appropriate for that grade level. In a college, a course could be "Computer Science" which forms part of a degree program and includes lectures, assignments, and exams.

To access the Course module, navigate to Academic → Course from the left sidebar menu. Users must have the course:read permission to access this module. Each course may contain multiple batches, which can be defined later.
