The Form Module allows the users to create custom forms with the option to select multiple fields, and audiences, and view and manage the responses of the forms as well. It makes it easier to manage multiple hard-copies of the forms allowing a centralised solution for smooth management.
This module can be accessed as the Form
module from the sidebar and requires the form:config
and form:read
permissions for configuring and accessing, respectively.
To view the full details of a form, double-click on it. From there, you can publish it, view the submissions, and edit it.
Reviewing the Submissions - Click on the Submission button on the top right to view the submission details, it requires the form:submit
and
form-submission:manage
permissions for managing.
Publishing - Click the publish button to publish the form and make it accessible to the audience. You can also choose to unpublish after publishing by clicking the Unpublish button on the top right.
Editing - Editing a form requires the form:edit
permission. There, you can modify it and after that click the Update button to save it.
The form:create
permission is required to create a new form. To add a new form, click the ‘Add Form’ button on the top right of the Forms page. Then, enter the following details:
