The Job Application module allows institutions to manage job applications efficiently. It provides an organized way to track applicants, their contact details, and application status.

This module can be accessed by navigating to Recruitment → Job Application from the sidebar and requires the job-application:read permission for access.

Reviewing an Application

Click on an application entry to view details such as the applicant's name, designation applied for, contact information, and date of application.

Deleting and Exporting Job Applications

You can delete or export job applications using the respective options:

• Deleting a job application requires the job-application:delete permission.
• Exporting job applications requires the job-application:export permission.

This module helps streamline the hiring process by keeping a structured record of job applications and applicant details.
