The Job Vacancy module allows organizations to manage job openings efficiently. It helps in listing job vacancies, tracking applications, and ensuring a streamlined recruitment process.

This module can be accessed by navigating to Recruitment → Job Vacancy from the sidebar and requires the job-vacancy:read permission for access.

Managing a Job Vacancy

To view the full details of a job vacancy, double-click on it. From there, you can edit the vacancy details and it requires the

job-vacancy:edit permission. After modifying the details, you can save it using the ‘Update’ button.

Creating a New Job Vacancy

To create a new job vacancy, the job-vacancy:create permission is required. Follow these steps:

1. Click the Add Job Vacancy button on the top right of the Job Vacancy page.
2. Enter the following details:
   • Job Title
   • Last Application Date
   • Add vacancy details (employment type, designation, and number of positions/posts)
   • Job Description
   • Responsibilities
   • Upload an attachment (optional)
3. Click Save, and the job vacancy will be listed.
