This module can be accessed by navigating to Resources → Online Class and requires the online-class:read permission for access.

The Online Class module in InstiKit enables educators to conduct virtual classes, ensuring seamless remote learning. It allows institutions to schedule, manage, and track online sessions, providing an interactive learning experience for students. Teachers can create and schedule online classes for specific subjects and batches.

You can also double-click on an online class to view its full details. To edit an online class, click the ‘Edit’ button, which requires the online-class:edit permission. Update the necessary details and save changes by clicking the ‘Update’ button.

To add a new online class details, click the ‘Add Online Class’ button on the Online Class page, which requires the online-class:create permission. Fill in the required details like the topic, batch, subject, start date and time, duration, platform, meeting code, and password (if required), description, upload an attachment. After saving, the class will be listed in the records.

You can also delete and export online classes, requiring the online-class:delete and online-class:export permissions, respectively.
