The Social Network Configuration page allows administrators to manage the institution’s official social media links. These links will be publicly available for better engagement and communication. Can be accessed by going to Config → Social Network module.
Key Functionalities:
- Update Social Media Links
- Enter or modify the URLs of official social media pages.
- Supports various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and GitHub.
- Save & Reset Options
- Save Button: Confirms and applies the updated social media links.
- Reset Button: Reverts to previously saved links.
- Cancel Button: Discards changes and returns to the previous state.
Available Social Media Fields:
- Facebook – Link to the institution’s Facebook page.
- Twitter – Official Twitter handle for announcements and updates.
- Google – Google profile or business listing link.
- LinkedIn – Institution’s LinkedIn profile for professional networking.
- YouTube – Official YouTube channel for videos and lectures.
- GitHub – GitHub profile (if applicable for open-source projects).
