This module can be accessed by navigating to Activity → Trips
****module and the trips:manage
permission is required for managing it. This module stores all the information of the past scheduled and upcoming trips. This allows schools to plan and manage educational trips while keeping records accessible for future reference.
It requires the trips:read
permission for access.
Users can browse the list of scheduled and past school trips. Clicking on a trip provides full details, including itinerary, assigned staff, and student participants.
You can view the participants in the Participants tab. You can also add more participants by clicking the ‘Add Participants’ button, it requires the
trip-participant:manage
permission.
