InstiKit offers a comprehensive solution to manage exams for your institute in a flexible and efficient manner. Within the Exams module, you can create assessments, define grades, schedule exams, record marks, and generate mark sheets along with various reports. To use this module, users must have the exam:manage **permission.

If you manage exams in different terms, you will need to create an exam term. Navigate to the Exam Term section and create exam terms according to your requirements.

Add Exam

To create new exams, click “Add Exam” button and enter the form as below:

• Name: Provide a name for the exam.
• Unique Code: Assign a unique code to the exam for easy identification.
• Associate with Exam Term: Link the exam to a specific exam term if applicable.
• Display Name: Use this field if you want a different name to be displayed for the exam.
• Position: Enter an integer value to determine the order of the exams.
• Once you have created the exams, you can proceed to schedule them.

Once you create exams, you can move further to create exam schedules
