The Reception module manages all the operations and details of the reception of schools, colleges, and other institutes. It keeps records like inquiries, visitor logs, gate passes, complaints, call logs, correspondence, and queries made by parents and other sources. This module ensures and helps the institution manage all the records.

To access the permissions related to the Reception Module, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Profile Dropdown located in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Navigate to Roles & Permissions.
  3. Select Permission from the menu.
  4. Choose the module labeled "Reception" to view and manage the permissions associated with the Reception Module.

This allows administrators to assign and control user access for reception-related features within the system. reception:config – This permission allows users to access and manage the configuration settings of the Reception Module. These permissions ensure that only authorized users can access reception-related data and configurations.
